I’m not an educator. I’m not a principal. I haven’t taught a class or managed a school. I’ve never had to navigate a lockdown drill before lunch and a budget crisis by dinner.But I’ve spent time listening to the people who have.And the more I listened, the more I realized: what happens inside schools matters a lot. And the people leading those schools? They matter too.Not an Educator is my way of contributing, one idea at a time.Every week, I write for school leaders who want to think more clearly, lead with intention, and stay connected to the purpose behind the pressure. Sometimes the idea comes from education, sometimes from business, psychology, or everyday life.
